بررسی سطح استقلال کاری درک شده آموزش دهندگان سازمان نهضت سواد آموزی شهرستان سنندج

چکیده

کارایی سازمانی می‌تواند با افزایش استقلال حرفه‌ای کارکنان مانند قدرت تصمیم‌گیری و آزادی بیشتر فکر و عمل بهبود یابد.
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی سطح استقلال کاری درک شده آموزش‌دهندگان سازمان نهضت سواد آموزی شهرستان سنندج بود.
روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل آموزش‌دهندگان نهضت سوادآموزی شهرستان سنندج بود، 100 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استقلال کاری شایسته معلمان استفاده شد.
روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش‌دهندگان با داشتن استقلال کاری لازم با قوه ابتکار خود و تجاربی که به‎دست می‎آورند با جنبه‌های برنامه درسی آشنا می‌شوند، در راه‌های مواد آموزشی دخالت کردن آنها منجر به حرفه‏ای تر شدن آنها می‎شود.
نتایج نشان میدهد که هر چه آموزش‌دهنده در سطح دانش، اجتماعی، از زمان تدوین اهداف برنامه درسی، تا اجرا و محتوای آن و حتی در میزان، مکان و زمان آموزش‌هایی ضمن خدمت برای وی مشارکت داشته باشد آموزش‌دهنده به توقیت مهارت‎های خود می‌پردازد و به‌دنبال توسعه حرفه‏ای بودن خود است. این بدان معنی است که آموزش‌دهنده در پایان ارزشیابی از میزان موفقیت سوادآموزان، میزان موفقیت خود را ارزیابی می‎کند. ارزشیابی به‎عنوان بازخوردی از عملکرد آموزش‌دهنده کمک می‎کند تا اشتباهات خود را اصلاح کند، نقاط قوت خود را تقویت کند تا بتواند به سطوح حرفه‏ای خود بیفزاید.

چکیده [English]

Organizational efficiency can be improved by increasing the professional independence of employees, such as decision-making power and greater freedom of thought and action.

The purpose of research was to investigate the level of perceived work autonomy of the teachers of Literacy Movement Organization.

The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all teachers of Literacy Movement, 100 people were selected as a sample, and in order to collect data, Work Independence Questionnaire was used.

The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using experts' opinions and their reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results showed that the teachers, having the necessary work independence with their own initiative and the experiences they gain, get to know the aspects of the curriculum, their involvement in the ways of educational materials leads to their becoming more professional.

The results show that whatever the teacher participates in the level of knowledge, social, from the time of formulating the goals of the curriculum, to its implementation and content, and even in the amount, place and time of training while serving for him, the teacher He deals with the timing of his skills and seeks to develop his professionalism. This means that at the end of the evaluation, the teacher evaluates the success rate of the literate students. Evaluation as a feedback of the teacher's performance helps him to correct his mistakes, strengthen his strengths so that he can increase his professional levels.
