تأثیر سیستم های مدیریت کیفیت در عملکرد مراکز آموزشی: سیاست های آموزشی و فرایندهای مدیریت

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر به دنبال بررسی تأثیر سیستم های مدیریت کیفیت در عملکرد مراکز آموزشی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 618 نفراز مدیران مدارس شهر بجنورد بود. که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه‌ای 237 مدیر مدرسه به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردید. اطلاعات لازم برای آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد مقیمی(1388) و ساکی (1392) جمع آوری گردید. روایی این پرسشنامه‌ها بصورت صوری و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و برای سنجش پایایی آن از آلفای کرونباخ بهره گرفته شد. بمنظور تحلیل داده ها، تکنیک مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار AMOS24 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که سیستم های مدیریت کیفیت با ابعاد حمایت و رهبری مدیریت عالی، برنامه ریزی استراتژیک، مشتری مداری، شناسایی و آموزش کارکنان، توانمند سازی کارکنان وکار تیمی، اندازه گیری و تجزیه وتحلیل کیفیت، تضمین کیفیت و پیامدهای بهبود بهره وری و کیفیت بر عملکرد مراکز آموزشی اثر معناداری دارد.

چکیده [English]

The present study sought to investigate the effect of quality management systems on the performance of educational centers. The statistical population of this study included 618 school principals in Bojnourd. Using the sampling method of 237 floors, the school principal was selected as a statistical sample. Necessary information for testing research hypotheses was collected through Moghimi (2009) and Saki (2013) standard questionnaires.The validity of these questionnaires was assessed in the form of confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha was used to assess its reliability. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling technique and AMOS24 software were used. The results of this study showed that quality management systems with the dimensions of support and leadership of top management, strategic planning, customer orientation, employee identification and training, employee empowerment and teamwork, quality measurement and analysis, quality assurance and productivity improvement outcomes And quality has a significant effect on the performance of educational centers.
