بررسی رابطه کیفیّت زندگی کاری با استرس شغلی معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان بهمئی

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسى رابطه کیفیّت زندگى کارى با استرس شغلی معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان بهمئی صورت گرفته است.
روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش همه ی معلمان ابتدایی (350=N) شهرستان بهمئی بودند. حجم نمونه پژوهش 200 نفر معلم (مرد و زن) بر اساس فرمول همبستگی بین دو متغیر کمّی، به صورت تصادفی منظم انتخاب گردید. روش جمع آورى اطلاعات پرسشنامه سه قسمتى شامل: ویژگى هاى دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه کیفیّت زندگى کارى بر اساس مدل والتون و پرسشنامه استاندارد استرس شغلى اسیپو بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چند متغیره، تحلیل واریانس یک راهه، آزمون شفه و آزمون t مستقل استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین کیفیّت زندگی کاری و استرس شغلی معلمان ابتدایی رابطه معکوس و معناداری 0.352 r= - وجود دارد. از میان مؤلفه های کیفیّت زندگی کاری به ترتیب متغیرهای پرداخت منصفانه، تناسب اجتماعی، فضای کلی زندگی و توسعه قابلیّت های فردی بیشترین تأثیر را بر استرس شغلی دارند.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به وجود رابطه میان کیفیّت زندگی کاری و استرس شغلی معلمان ابتدایی، انجام پژوهش های مشابه در سایر جوامع و استان ها، انجام پژوهش هایی در ارتباط با سایر عوامل تأثیرگذار بر استرس شغلی و ارائه مدلی کلی تر از استرس شغلی و همچنین انجام تحقیقات مشابه در کادر ستادی آموزش و پرورش و مقایسه نتایج توصیه میگردند.

Investigate the relationship between quality of work life and job stress of primary school teachers in Bahmaei (Iran)

Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between quality of work life and job stress of primary school teachers in Bahmaei.
Method: The research method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the study was all primary teachers (N = 350) in Bahmaei city. The sample size of 200 teachers (male and female) was randomly selected based on the correlation formula between the two quantitative variables. Data collection method was a three-part questionnaire including: demographic characteristics, quality of work life questionnaire based on Walton model and standard job stress questionnaire of Osipow . For data analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, multivariate regression, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe test and independent t-test were used.
Results: Data analysis showed that there was a significant inverse relationship between quality of work life and job stress of elementary teachers r = - 0.352. Among the components of quality of work life, fair payment . of, social fitness, general living space and development of individual abilities have the most impact on job stress, respectively.
Conclusion: Considering the relationship between quality of work life and job stress of primary school teachers, conducting similar research in other communities and provinces, performing researches on other factors affecting job stress and presenting a more general model of job stress and conducting similar researches in the education staff and results comparison are recommended.
