Quality management with job supervision of primary school teachers in Maragheh city

Abstract
Management and leadership in all social fields is essential and vital and this is more noticeable in educational organizations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between management quality and teachers' job performance.The statistical population of this study includes all male and female primary school teachers in Maragheh city in the academic year of 1998-99, which includes 500 people. The statistical sample was 217 people based on Morgan table, selected by stratified random sampling method. The data collection tool in this study is a questionnaire in the framework of the field method, which in order to collect information from the 40-item service quality questionnaire of research managers in three dimensions (organizational quality, interactive quality, physical quality) and 33-item job performance questionnaire. Patterson teachers were used in two dimensions (behavioral performance, process performance).The results showed that in the descriptive part, the correlation coefficient between the research variables between the components was obtained at a significant level. This means that the higher the quality of service for principals in the school, the better the job performance of teachers.To predict the job performance of teachers based on different dimensions of management quality, multiple regression test showed that the components of interactive quality, organizational quality and physical quality can predict the job performance of primary school teachers in Maragheh.
