Abstract
Happiness is now considered a key criterion for diagnosing mental health. Happiness is one of the most important psychological needs of human beings, as well as a factor for growth and success, and has always been considered due to its major impact on people's lives. He sought to see how he could live better, what would satisfy him most, and with what mechanisms he could enjoy life in this world (Dickey, 1999).
Psychological sciences, as one of the main branches of humanities, can be effective if it can answer the basic questions related to the psychological issues of the people of our country with cultural and indigenous theories and in cultural, spiritual and psychological development. The people of this region are efficient and effective. The psychological problems of the people cannot be studied apart from the cultural issues, the economic and political situation, their religious beliefs. Given that the localization of psychological and behavioral sciences is one of the important principles in the field of science and knowledge, the author of this article wants to review the basics of happiness in the teachings of Islam and psychological approaches.
