نقش فرهنگ سازمانی مدرسه در توانایی توفیق معلمان دوره ابتدایی در تدریس (مطالعه موردی؛ شهرستان آباده)

چکیده

هدف از مقاله حاضر بررسی نقش فرهنگ سازمانی مدرسه در توانایی توفیق معلمان دوره ابتدایی در تدریس بود. این مطالعه یک بررسی توصیفی- پیمایشی است که در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 در اجرا گردید. جامعه­ی آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان دوره ابتدایی شهرستان آباده بود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 173 نفر  بود که به شیوه نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع­آوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه فرهنگ سازمانی و پرسشنامه تصور معلمان از توفیق در تدریس استفاده شد که روایی و پایایی آن­ها مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها، از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی(ضریب همبستگی، آزمون تی و کروسکال والیس) استفاده گردید. بر اساس تحلیل داده­ها نتایج زیر به دست آمد: میانگین فرهنگ سازمانی مدارس دوره ابتدایی مختلط بیشتر از مدارس دخترانه و پسرانه است؛ بین فرهنگ سازمانی مدارس دوره ابتدایی در شهر و روستا تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد؛ بین معلمان دوره ابتدایی در شهر و روستا در زمینه توفیق در تدریس تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد؛ و معلمان دوره ابتدایی با مدارک تحصیلی بالاتر از توفیق بیشتری در تدریس برخوردار هستند. بنابراین لازم است فرهنگ سازمانی در مدارس دوره ابتدایی بیش از پیش مورد توجه و بررسی قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the role of school organizational culture in the ability of elementary school teachers to succeed in teaching. This study is a descriptive-survey study conducted in the academic year of 2009-2010. The statistical population of the study included all primary school teachers in Abadeh. The research sample included 173 people who were selected by random cluster sampling. To collect the data, the Organizational Culture Questionnaire and the Teachers' Imagination Questionnaire were used in teaching success, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation coefficient, t-test and crucial Walis test) were used. Based on the data analysis, the following results were obtained: The average organizational culture of mixed primary schools is higher than that of girls and boys; there is a significant difference between the organizational culture of primary and secondary schools in urban and rural areas; There is a significant difference in the success of teaching; and elementary school teachers with higher education have more success in teaching. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to organizational culture in primary schools.
