بررسی رابطه خلاقیت و ویژگی های شخصیتی با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان دوره دوم ابتدایی آموزش و پرورش شهرستان رودان

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی رابطه خلاقیت و ویژگی های شخصیتی با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش آموزان دوره دوم ابتدایی آموزش و پرورش شهرستان رودان در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بودند که از 1285 نفر تشکیل شده بودند. نمونه آماری پژوهش با استفاده از روش تصادفی طبقه ای و بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 352 نفر برآورد شد. این بررسی به روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی صورت گرفته و جهت جمع آوری داده ها از سه پرسش نامه استاندارد ویژگی های شخصیتی (مک کری و کاستا، 1985)، پیشرفت تحصیلی (فام و تیلور، 1999) و خلاقیت (تورنس، 1962) بهره گرفته شد و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده گردید که نتایج حاصل نشان داد: بین خلاقیت و ویژگی های شخصیتی با پیشرف تحصیلی دانش اموزان در سطح کمتر از 05/0 رابطه مثبت و معنی­داری وجود دارد. بین مؤلفه­های خلاقیت (سیالی، بسط، ابتکار و انعطاف پذیری) با پیشرف تحصیلی دانش اموزان در سطح کمتر از 05/0 رابطه مثبت و معنی­داری وجود دارد. بین ابعاد ویژگی های شخصیتی برون گرایی، انعطاف پذیری، دل پذیر بودن و وجدانی بودن با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان در سطح کمتر از 05/0 رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد. از طرفی دیگر بین مؤلفه روان رنجوری با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان رابطه منفی و معنی داری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between creativity and personality traits with students' academic achievement. The statistical population of this study included all students of the second grade of primary education in Rudan city in the academic year of 2009-2010, which consisted of 1285 people. The statistical sample of the study was estimated to be 352 people using stratified random method based on Cochran's formula. This study was performed using descriptive correlation and to collect data from three standard questionnaires of personality traits (McCray and Costa, 1985), academic achievement (Fam and Taylor, 1999) and creativity (Torrance, 1962). Pierce's correlation coefficient was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between creativity and personality traits with students' academic achievement at the level of less than 0.05. . There is a positive and significant relationship between the components of creativity (fluidity, expansion, initiative and flexibility) with students' academic progress at the level of less than 0.05. There is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of extroverted personality traits, flexibility, compassion and conscientiousness with students' academic achievement at the level of less than 0.05. On the other hand, there is a negative and significant relationship between the psychological component and students' academic achievement.
