Depression and Anxiety and its Relationship with job security and Life Satisfaction Indicators in Employees of Tehran Disaster Mitigation and Management Organization

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between depression and anxiety of employees with job security and life satisfaction of Tehran crisis prevention and management staff. A descriptive type (correlation) is used. The statistical population of this study consisted of all senior staff and managers of crisis management organization, 150 of whom were tested in spring 1398. The sample was 108 individuals using Cochran formula. Data gathering tools were Beck Anxiety Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, Nice et al. Occupational Safety Questionnaire and the Diener et al. Life Satisfaction Scale (SWLS). Finally, the data were analyzed using SPSS software and Pearson statistical test and regression analysis. The results showed that all hypotheses with significance level greater than 0.95 were confirmed. That is, there is a significant relationship between depression and anxiety of staff with job security and life satisfaction indices in the staff of crisis prevention and management organization in Tehran with error level less than 0.05.
