افسردگی و اضطراب و ارتباط آن با شاخص های امنیت شغلی و رضایت از زندگی در کارکنان سازمان پیشگیری و مدیریت بحران شهر تهران

چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر، تعیین ارتباط بین افسردگی و اضطراب کارکنان با شاخص های امنیت شغلی و رضایت از زندگی کارکنان سازمان پیشگیری و مدیریت بحران شهر تهران می باشد.به لحاظ ماهیت و اهداف، این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است و برای اجرای آن از روش توصیفی از نوع (همبستگی) استفاده شده است . جامعه آماری این پژوهش، تمام کارمندان ارشد و مدیران سازمان مدیریت بحران می‌باشد که تعداد آنها 150 نفر و در بهار 1398 مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد نمونه 108 نفر بدست آمده است. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه اضطراب بک، پرسشنامه افسردگی بک، پرسشنامه امنیت شغلی نیسی و همکاران و پرسشنامه استاندارد رضایت از زندگی داینر و همکاران ( SWLS )می باشد.نتایج پژوهش نشان داد تمام فرضیات با سطح معناداری بالاتر از 0.95 تایید گردید . یعنی بین افسردگی و اضطراب کارکنان با شاخص های امنیت شغلی و رضایت از زندگی در کارکنان سازمان پیشگیری و مدیریت بحران شهر تهران با سطح خطای پایین تر از 0.05 رابطه ی معناداری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between depression and anxiety of employees with job security and life satisfaction of Tehran crisis prevention and management staff. A descriptive type (correlation) is used. The statistical population of this study consisted of all senior staff and managers of crisis management organization, 150 of whom were tested in spring 1398. The sample was 108 individuals using Cochran formula. Data gathering tools were Beck Anxiety Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, Nice et al. Occupational Safety Questionnaire and the Diener et al. Life Satisfaction Scale (SWLS). Finally, the data were analyzed using SPSS software and Pearson statistical test and regression analysis. The results showed that all hypotheses with significance level greater than 0.95 were confirmed. That is, there is a significant relationship between depression and anxiety of staff with job security and life satisfaction indices in the staff of crisis prevention and management organization in Tehran with error level less than 0.05.
