Abstract
This study tries to investigate the concept of global citizenship education based on the descriptive-analytical method. So, at first, this concept and its definitions were discussed; then the theoretical basis and the framework were criticized, and the criticisms that the opponents provided with this concept were referred to, as well as the replies of the adversaries to the criticisms, entered This concept has also been investigated. Finally, in the Conclusion section, the importance of necessity, and requirements of this concept were considered with regard to the special look of some upstream documents.
