رابطه ابعاد سازمان یادگیرنده با توانمند سازی روان شناختی نیروی انسانی در بنگاه های کوچک و متوسط صنعت چوب استان البرز

چکیده

هدف این تحقیق بررسی رابطه بین ابعاد سازمان یادگیرنده و توانمندسازی کارکنان شرکت های کوچک و متوسط صنعت چوب استان البرز می باشد.در این تحقیق ابعاد سازمان یادگیرنده بر اساس مدل الگوی سازمان یادگیرنده پیتر سنگه که شامل پنج بعد توانایی کارکنان،الگوهای ذهنی،یادگیری گروهی،چشم انداز مشترک و تفکر سیستمی می باشد و توانمندی کارکنان با استفاده از مدل توانمندی اسپریتزر که شامل پنج بعد معناداری،شایستگی،استقلال،تاثیر و اعتماد می باشد مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.جامعه آماری این تحقیق را کلیه کارکنان و مدیران شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط فعال در صنعت چوب استان البرز تشکیل داده‌اند. تعداد این شرکت‌ها در استان البرز بر اساس اعلام وزارت بازرگانی 60 شرکت و تعداد مدیران و کارمندان آن ها 1100 نفر می‌باشد. تعداد افراد نمونه آماری 285 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان شرکت های کوچک و متوسط استان البرز می باشد که با استفاده از جدول نمونه گیری گرجسی مورگان و فرمول کوکران برگزیده و بررسی شده اند.ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات،پرسشنامه سازمان یادگیرنده استاندارد سنگه (1990) و توانمندسازی مشیرا (1999) می باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش آمار توصیفی، استنباطی صورت گرفته است.یافته های این تحقیق نشانگر رابطه معنی دار و مثبت میان سازمان یادگیرنده و توانمندسازی روانشناختی بوده و همچنین نتایج آزمون فرضیات بیان می کند که بین ابعاد سازمان یادگیرنده شامل (توانایی کارکنان،الگوهای ذهنی، یادگیری گروهی،چشم انداز مشترک و تفکر سیستمی) و توانمندسازی کارکنان شرکت های کوچک و متوسط استان البرز رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between learning organization dimensions and staff empowerment of small and medium-sized companies in Alborz province. , Shared vision and system thinking, and employee empowerment have been investigated using the Spritzer empowerment model which includes five dimensions of meaningfulness, competence, independence, impact, and trust. And active in the wood industry of Alborz province Have formed. The number of these companies in Alborz province is 60 companies according to the Ministry of Commerce and their number of managers and employees is 1100. The sample size of the sample is 285 managers and employees of Alborz Small and Medium Enterprises, selected and surveyed using Gorges Morgan sampling table and Cochran formula. Data collection tool, Sangeh Standard Learning Organization (1990) And Empowerment is Meshira (1999). Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings of this study showed a significant and positive relationship between learning organization and psychological empowerment and also the results of hypotheses test show that between dimensions of learning organization including (ability) There is a positive and significant relationship between employees, mental models, group learning, shared vision and system thinking) and the empowerment of small and medium enterprises in Alborz province.
